I guess it would make sense they kept shiek afterall, because there seems to be an aim for versatility in the characters. By the way zero, center of the right page.

Oh, heh, whoops. I thought that the side special was the light arrows. xD

Seems as though the light arrow is her final smash. Awesome, nonetheless.

Something you may have missed, look at everybody's character page. They all now have their Special Moves and Final Smashes listed like Sheik's. Clicky
