Yes, kudos indeed to Edible. Why they kept Jigglypuff, I'll never know...

Lucario, on the other hand, will be a great addition to Brawl, imo. Since both Lucario and Mewtwo are Psychic-type, I'm assuming Lucario's going to have almost the same moves as he did in Melee...

I could be totally off, though. I just figured that Lucario had Energy Ball and it would be almost the same thing as Mewtwo's Psychic.
